• Weekly Rhythm Consultation ($165 AUD): a 75-minute session including full week activity mapping, energy cycle alignment, a customised daily action plan, and a two-week email check-in.
• Complete Activity Integration Plan ($275 AUD): a comprehensive package including two full consultation sessions, a personalised 30-day plan, progress tracking toolkit, and a one-month follow-up call.

5. Booking and Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation with session details and any pre-session materials.

6. Nature of Services

Our consultation products provide guidance, planning, and support for integrating daily activity into your routine. Expellingphskele offers lifestyle and activity integration consultations, not clinical, therapeutic, or fitness instruction services. Our recommendations are based on general principles of behaviour change and activity planning and should not be interpreted as substitutes for professional advice where specific conditions or limitations apply.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide accurate information during intake questionnaires and consultation sessions, attend scheduled sessions on time or provide adequate notice for rescheduling, follow activity recommendations at your own discretion and within your physical capabilities, and communicate openly with our consultants about any concerns or changes in your circumstances that may affect your activity plan.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on expellingphskele.world, including text, graphics, logos, consultation frameworks, planning templates, and methodology descriptions, is the intellectual property of Expellingphskele or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent. Personalised plans and reports created for you during consultations are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Website Use

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Expellingphskele shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or consultation products. Our total liability for any claim related to a consultation product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Our consultation products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
