This Return Policy outlines the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for consultation products purchased from Expellingphskele through expellingphskele.world. Because our products are consultation services rather than physical goods, traditional return procedures do not apply. Instead, the following terms govern changes to your booking and eligibility for refunds.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all consultation products offered by Expellingphskele, including the Movement Baseline Assessment ($95 AUD), Weekly Rhythm Consultation ($165 AUD), and Complete Activity Integration Plan ($275 AUD). By booking any of these products, you agree to the terms set out below in addition to our Terms of Use and Australian Consumer Law rights.

2. Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation session without penalty provided you notify us at least twenty-four hours before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests can be made by contacting admin@expellingphskele.world or calling +61404720433. We will offer alternative dates within thirty days of your original booking at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than twenty-four hours notice may be accommodated at our discretion but are not guaranteed.

3. Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your consultation booking entirely, the following refund terms apply based on notice period:

• Cancellation more than forty-eight hours before the scheduled session: full refund of the consultation product fee.
• Cancellation between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before the scheduled session: fifty percent refund of the consultation product fee.
• Cancellation less than twenty-four hours before the scheduled session or non-attendance without notice: no refund.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@expellingphskele.world with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation by Expellingphskele

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to consultant unavailability, technical issues affecting remote consultations, or unforeseen events. If we cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience with no additional charge. We will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details provided at booking.

5. Complete Activity Integration Plan

The Complete Activity Integration Plan includes two consultation sessions, a 30-day plan, progress tracking materials, and a one-month follow-up call. If you cancel after the first session has been completed, a partial refund may be calculated based on the services already delivered. The first session value is equivalent to the Weekly Rhythm Consultation fee ($165 AUD), and remaining refundable amounts depend on whether the 30-day plan and follow-up call have been provided. 6. Digital Materials

Written summary reports, activity plans, and progress tracking toolkits delivered as part of your consultation product are digital materials tailored specifically for you. Once delivered, these materials cannot be returned in the traditional sense. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of delivered materials, contact us within seven days of receipt and we will review your concerns and offer a revised document or appropriate remedy where warranted.

7. Dissatisfaction With Services

Your satisfaction with our consultation services is important to Expellingphskele. If you are unhappy with a completed session, please contact us within seven days explaining your concerns. We will review the matter and may offer a complimentary follow-up discussion, a partial credit toward a future consultation product, or another remedy appropriate to the circumstances. Each case is assessed individually and in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our consultation services come with consumer guarantees including that services will be provided with acceptable care and skill, be fit for the purpose discussed, and be delivered within a reasonable time. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, repeat service, or compensation. Major failures entitle you to choose a refund or replacement. 9. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances: failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, cancellation with less than twenty-four hours notice, dissatisfaction arising from failure to follow agreed activity recommendations where our consultation was delivered as described, or requests made more than thirty days after the consultation product was fully delivered.

10. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly for a consultation product, contact us at admin@expellingphskele.world within fourteen days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly. Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us may delay resolution. We are committed to fair and transparent billing for all consultation products.

11. Transfer of Booking

Consultation product bookings are personal and non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Expellingphskele. If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, contact us at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled session. Transfers are subject to the recipient completing our pre-session questionnaire and agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

12. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss cancellation options, contact Expellingphskele with the following information: your full name, booking date and consultation product name, reason for the refund request, and preferred contact method for our response. 13. Changes to This Policy

Expellingphskele may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your booking applies to that specific consultation product unless otherwise required by law.
